What is scheduled shredding?
A scheduled shredding service is a recurring service where a shredding provider returns on a regular basis to shred documents, papers, and other files.
Scheduled shredding services are especially popular in offices and large businesses, as they allow confidential documents to be safely and regularly discarded, preventing a buildup of papers and drastically reducing the chances of data theft or exposure.
When you choose our route service shredding, you can rely on our shred technicians to provide prompt, professional, and friendly service, exactly when requested.
We’ll service your shredding needs according to a time frame that’s appropriate for your busy schedule.
Be it weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, we work around the dates that you select.
Whether you’re looking for on-site shredding services or if you’d prefer the shredding done off-site, we have your needs covered. -
What can you expect from scheduled route shredding services?
Complimentary containers that are entirely lockable and designed to store your confidential documents before shredding.
Qualified and highly trained shredding specialists who are drug-tested and security checked for your safety.
The option of on-site shredding services performed at your location, using our commercial grade shred truck, equipped with the latest shredding industry technology.
A Certificate of Destruction presented upon completion
All shredded material is 100% recycled locally. -
What is one-time shredding?
When we say “one-time shredding,” we mean what it sounds like. Some customers have an office to clean out; others have a few boxes of documents that they’ve collected while cleaning their home.
Our one-time shredding service arrives to take care of securely destroying these items without establishing a recurring shredding agreement.
Start to finish, a typical one-time shredding appointment takes around fifteen minutes.
In those fifteen minutes, we can safely shred as much as 1,250 lbs of paper.
Plus, we’ll remove the paper scraps to be taken for recycling immediately afterward, providing your information with an extra layer of security while doing our part to reduce unnecessary waste.
At the recycling center, your papers will be washed clean of any traces of remaining information. -
How does our one-time shredding work?
You decide when.
It is entirely up to you when you’d like us to come and shred your documents.
As a customer, you determine the frequency based on your needs and disposal habits. We can come one time only or as often as you require the service.
Call us, tell us when and where to arrive, and we will be there to destroy your files securely.
There’s no obligation or requirement for a certain number of visits; we shred when you ask. -
What do I need for drop-off shredding?
You’ll want to call our office to schedule an appointment time first.
Gather your papers or documents for shredding together; we recommend a container like a banker box, for ease of transportation.
No need to worry about removing staples or rubber bands; our shredding machines are more than capable of chewing through these, and we’ll separate the particles before recycling. We’ll have to request that you remove papers from binders.
The last step? Drop off your documents and let our shredding technicians take care of their secure disposal. It’s simple, easy, and cost-effective. -
Why choose a shredding company that offers on-site document shredding?
On-site shredding is a finely-tuned process. Businesses aren’t interrupted in their workday and can continue focusing on their regular day-to-day processes rather than moving documents off-site to a shred facility.
You’ll be able to enjoy immediate peace of mind with on-site shredding – the service is performed immediately and on-location, where you have the option to watch each and every step of the process as it occurs. -
How does mobile shredding work?
Experts arrive on-site at your location
Once the details of your service have been determined and agreed upon, a shred specialist will arrive at your location to carry out your one-time purge or your regularly scheduled mobile shredding service.
Regardless of the frequency of your document shredding, we follow the same procedure, making sure that your information is safe and secure during every stage of shredding.
Our Process
Experts Arrive On-Site At Your Location
Once the details of your service have been agreed upon and determined, a shred specialist will arrive at your location to collect your documents. Whether this is a one-time cleanout or a regular, scheduled ongoing service, we follow precisely the same procedure.
What to Expect From Our Document Shredding
Our mobile shred truck will arrive at the time and location you requested.
A uniformed representative will greet you and ask where the bins of documents are situated, so they can be collected immediately for shredding.
All consoles and containers will be emptied into another secure shed bin and moved outside to the truck.
The bin is then loaded onto the truck. Our staff member will operate the shredder controls and the shredding will occur in mere minutes, right there at the curb, where you’re more than welcome to watch.
Once the destruction process is finalized, you’ll receive documented proof; a Certificate of Destruction will be provided to you and the shredded material will be brought back to our facility for proper disposal and recycling.
Feel free to observe the shredding process firsthand; you can personally confirm your secure records have been thoroughly destroyed. We offer this to clients whether you choose on-site or off-site shredding. -
